  • The most popular getaway destinations include Paris, Austria and Yorkshire

Has your partner got any inexplicable, mysterious plans this coming weekend? If so, you’re right to be alarmed.

IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people and the leading authority on infidelity, can that this Friday 17th November is the the single most popular day for adulterers this winter.

‘Unfaithful Friday’, as it’s been dubbed, marks a last-chance getaway for adulterers, who set off for one last romance before Christmas is in full swing, and commitments to family and friends start to get in the way.

It isn’t just the 17th that’s busy however. In fact, last year, the entire week saw a 30% increase in activity – which includes the amount of photos uploaded, profiles created and the number of messages sent – compared with any other week in November or December. As much as a 41% increase already seen on the first two days of the week so far in 2017, with a 50% increase predicted for the week in total.

A survey of over 500 adulterers on the site also found that a tremendous 79% have plans in place to get away with their mistress/histress on Unfaithful Friday, while as many as 20% intend to spend the entire weekend with their secret tryst.

With Unfaithful Friday representing the last affair of the year for many adulterers, most aren’t skimping on their destinations, and plan to go out in style.

Paris (17%) is the most popular destination, followed by Austria (15%), just in time for its famous Christmas markets.

The remainder of adulterers are mainly seeking retreats closer to home, with Yorkshire (14%), the Scottish Highlands (13%), Central London (11%), and the Peak District (7%) all proving popular.

The site’s spokesperson, Christian Grant, explains:

“Chestnuts roasting on an open fire. The thoughtful gift you appreciate but in your heart of hearts don’t honestly like. Stuffing your face full of turkey. It’s Christmas, and for an adulterer, that spells trouble.

“From Christmas shopping to nativity plays to seeing the in-laws, Christmas is undoubtedly the biggest stumbling block for anyone seeing their mistress or histress.

“That choke point leads to the inevitable: a premature year-ending romp to see out 2017 in style, albeit prematurely.

“So, if your partner is being coy about their plans this weekend, then it might be best to apply a bit of pressure to the wound and see what they’re really up to.”

Cat Owners Are Most Likely to Cheat, While Dog Owners are the Most Faithful

  • If you own a cat, you’re more likely to cheat, it’s been revealed
  • IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people, surveyed 1,000 of their members, with 26% owning cats
  • The second most adulterous pet owners were home to rabbits (17%)
  • They were followed by reptile owners (15%) and rodents (12%)
  • Unsurprisingly, the most faithful pet owners were home to man’s best friend, with just 7% of all respondents owning a dog

Suspicious that your partner might be cheating? Forget checking their emails, tracing their footsteps or stalking their social media feeds, but do be wary if they own a cat.

That’s because cat owners are officially the most adulterous pet owners in the country.

IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people and the leading authority on infidelity, found that over a quarter of 1,000 of its members own cats, making them by far the most adulterous pet owners.

The survey found that you’d also be inclined to be wary if your significant other owns a rabbit, with 17% of all respondents home to the pet perhaps best known for its virility.

15% owned reptiles, such as lizards and snakes, while as many as 12% owned a rodent of some kind, such as a hamster, gerbil or mouse; 9% of respondents are home to fish.

As for man’s best friend? Unsurprisingly, dog owners are officially the most faithful pet owners – just 7% of all respondents owned a dog.

Spokesperson for IllicitEncounters.com, Christian Grant, explains:

“It’s often been said that a person reflects the traits of their animal, so is it any surprise to see cats top the list?

“The jury has always been out on whether cats genuinely love their human companions, or whether their loyalty lies with whoever can best satisfy their stomachs.

“Simply put, cats will follow whoever can best satisfy their needs, no matter how long they’ve been with a particular human.

“It’s also no surprise to see rabbits, who have a pretty notorious reputation for their powers of reproduction, and reptiles such as snakes – not exactly known for their loyalty – closely follow cats.

“On the other hand, has there ever been any doubt about the loyalty of a dog?

“Their love is and always has been unconditional, and those qualities are often reflected in their owners. Simply put, if you want trust, love and a bond that’s almost unbreakable, marry a dog owner.”

Most Adulterous Pet Owners:

1. Cat (26%)

2. Rabbit (17%)

3. Reptile (15%)

4. Other/no pet (14%)

5. Rodent (12%)

6. Fish (9%)

7. Dog (7%)

Tall, Smart and Rich? You’re More Likely to Cheat

  • Tall, smart and rich men are more likely to cheat than anyone else
  • Meanwhile, women who describe themselves as lonely, virile and are housewives are more likely to cheat
  • The results show that men are driven to cheat because of lust, arrogance and their ego…
  • …while your typical women cheats because she’s being neglected by her significant other
  • The results come from lllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people and the leading authority on infidelity, who studied over 10,000 profiles to find out what common traits link to create the archetypal cheat.

Tall, smart and rich – if your husband is any of those, they’re more likely to be a cheat.

That’s according to IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people and the leading authority on infidelity,

The site studied over 10,000 profiles to find out what common traits link to create the archetypal cheat.

The most common trait among cheating men was wealth, with references to being rich, wealthy or affluent appearing in a staggering 45% of all profiles.

This was followed by height. To be exact, 40% of all male profiles on the site were 6ft or taller.

Finally, intelligent men who were educated to at least a university degree level made up as much as 38% of all profiles on the site, indicating that smarter men are more likely to cheat.

For women, the most common trait was actually their job. As many as 30% of all women on IllicitEncounters.com describe themselves as lonely.

This was followed by the 27% of women who described themselves with terms such as ‘virile’ and finally, housewives, who make up 20% of all female profiles on the site – it’s the most popular female occupation to boot.

The site’s spokesperson, Christian Grant, explains:

“Our results show that men have a tough time suppressing their ego. Tall, affluent, smart – these men have it all… or at least, they think they can have it all. They want to have their cake and eat it too, and that includes having as many relationships as they see fit.

“Not to mention, as a smart, wealthy and tall man, you’re more likely to be attracting female attention, whether you like it or not, which only serves to fuel their ego and make them consider an affair as a plausible option.

“Women on the other hand, paint a different story altogether. Your typical cheating women isn’t driven by arrogance, ego or lust, but by a sense of loneliness, thanks to a lack of satisfaction in her marriage.

“This loneliness is further compounded for housewives, who potentially spend hours alone, only to further be neglected when their husbands come home.”

‘Cheating map’ Reveals Britain’s Top Cheating Towns and Cities

  • Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, is the most adulterous town in the country
  • The most faithful town is the Welsh town of Barry
  • Islington is the capital’s most adulterous borough, while Ealing is its most faithful
  • Several affluent towns from the south of England found themselves toward the top of the index, while just one northern town, Newcastle-under-Lyme, broke the top 10
  • The most adulterous city in the country is Gloucester, while Glasgow is the most faithful
  • You can find how adulterous your town is by going to www.infidelityindex.co.uk, compiled by IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people

The affluent town of Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent, is officially the nation’s cheating capital.

The Infidelity Index, compiled by IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people and the leading authority on infidelity, mapped the location data of its 1.1 million members against each town’s adult population to find the most adulterous towns, cities, and London boroughs in the country.

Royal Tunbridge Wells, home to celebrities such as married comedian Jo Brand, musician Jeff Beck and Britain’s most recent female Wimbledon champion, Virginia Wade, is home to 1,146 adulterers, 2.2% of the town’s adult population, meaning it takes home the crown for the most adulterous town in the country.

The Index lists the top 140 cheating towns across the UK (and Ireland), with Guildford retaining 2nd place with 1,303 adulterers (2.1%).

Wrexham rounded off the top 3 with 1,027 adulterers – 1.89% of the town’s population.

Many of the top cheating towns were affluent areas in the south of England, such as Guildford (2nd), Ashford (5th) and High Wycombe (7th).

Meanwhile, just one northern town, Newcastle-under-Lyme, broke into the top 10 (10th place).

You can find where your town ranked here.

Speaking of High Wycombe – last year’s #1 – it slumped to 7th place with 1.77% of its population cheating, while the Welsh town of Barry is officially the least adulterous, and therefore most faithful town in the entire country; it’s home to just 88 adulterers, a meagre 0.18% of its adult population.

We’re not quite sure what happened to the people of Brentwood in the last 12 months, but 2016’s most faithful town failed to hold onto its place, finishing 102nd out of 140 with 0.56% of its population cheating.

And the town of Livingston, sitting pretty in 8th place overall, is officially Scotland’s cheating capital with 1.74% of its adult population cheating (909 adulterers).

Last year’s Scottish champion, Cumbernauld, still performed strongly, finding itself in 14th place overall, with 1.56% of its adult population cheating.

Northern Ireland can look to Newtownabbey (28th place) for its most adulterous town, while Craigavon, which is also the 2nd least adulterous town overall, is its most faithful town – just 168 people (0.19%) are having affairs.

As for the nation’s capital, it’s Islington, home to celebrities such as musician Lily Allen, comedian Jimmy Carr and radio DJ Scott Mills, that is its most adulterous borough, with as many as 11,778 people cheating (5.94% of its adult population).

Ealing is London’s most faithful borough, with just 1.7% of its adult population cheating on their spouses (5,979 adulterers).

For the first time ever, the Index also includes the most adulterous cities. London as a whole is one of the nation’s most faithful cities – the 5th most faithful – with just 1.47% of its adult population cheating.

Gloucester is the UK’s most adulterous city, with 7.46% of its adult population having affairs. Glasgow is the least adulterous, with just 0.56% of its adult population cheating.

Peterborough, with 7.36% of its adult population, comes in 2nd, with Bath (7.35%) rounding off the top 3.

The site’s spokesperson, Christian Grant, commented on the findings:

“People have had affairs since the dawn of time, but the last decade in particular has seen a large spike.

“The site has grown exponentially, and it’s thanks to the turbulent economy and increase in house prices that has left many people financially crippled, unable to divorce should their marriage hit the rocks.

“So, they seek the only other viable alternative that they have: an affair. It’s cheaper than a divorce, and it’s safer than ever before.”

“This is most evident in southern towns, with Royal Tunbridge Wells, Guildford, High Wycombe and Ashford, to name but a few, all ranking near the very top of the Index.”

“The official Infidelity Index 2017 can be viewed at www.infidelityindex.co.uk.”

More Women Are Cheating Than Ever Before, and The Career Woman Is More Likely to Cheat Than Anyone Else

  • Women between 35 – 47 who earn £50,000 a year, and have got a university degree under their belt are more likely to cheat than anyone else
  • IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people, studied over 2,000 female profiles on their site to find what the average mistress looks like
  • 60% of those 2,000 women said that female empowerment was a large part of their decision to have an affair
  • 75% said that they weren’t economically reliant on their husband, so the threat of divorce is no longer a barrier to cheating
  • More women are cheating than ever before, too: the site saw over 35% more women register in 2016 compared to 2010, and as much as 70% more than in 2006

Is there a pattern – some rhyme or reason – behind cheating? For women, maybe. New research suggests that if you’re a woman between 35 – 47, earn around £50,000 a year, and have got a university degree under your belt, you’re more likely to cheat than anyone else.

IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people and the leading authority on infidelity, studied the profiles of over 2,000 women on their site to find any pattern behind what the modern day mistress might look like.

Middle-aged, well educated and solvent women typify the modern day career woman, and it’s the rise of this career woman that is seeing more women cheat than ever before.

This is compared to ten years ago, where not only was there was no pattern or theme to connect cheating mistresses, but the number of women cheating in general was far, far less.

The site saw over 35% more women register in 2016 compared to 2010, and as much as 70% more than in 2006.

But why? A large part of it is down to female empowerment, with 60% of the 2,000 women surveyed stating that they realised that they no longer needed to be second-best in their relationship; if their marriage hit the rocks, they felt motivated to do something about it.

More importantly, women are, on average, earning more money than ever before, meaning that the threat of divorce isn’t what it once was; they know that, should the worst case scenario come to fruition, they won’t be left economically ravaged – they’re not as reliant on the breadwinner, because there’s a good chance that they are the breadwinner – 75% said that this was the case.

“Women have evolved far beyond the lonely, stereotypical housewife of 50 years ago,” said the site’s spokesperson, Christian Grant.

“While gender pay gap issues still exist, women are earning more money and are more empowered than ever before, meaning that they can comfortably bulldoze past what is the biggest barrier to cheating for so many people.

“They’ve come to realise that, if their marriage hits the rocks, why should they have to put up with it? They shouldn’t, and they don’t.”

Apple Tree Yard Inspiring Thousands to Have a Steamy Affair

  • The debut of Apple Tree Yard has inspired thousands to have an affair, new research has revealed
  • llicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people, has seen a 42% week-on-week increase in the amount of people signing up to the site after the show’s debut
  • The effects of the TV show were immediate, as the site’s busiest point on the weekend of 21st/22nd was directly after the first episode concluded at 10:00pm on Sunday 22nd
  • Many signed up with usernames inspired by the show and its actors/characters, such as ‘A Costley Affair’ and ‘Adam’s Apple’
  • 82% of users who visited the site on the day of the show’s debut were new users, compared to just 55% on the previous Sunday

There are certain pieces of entertainment that transcend television and inspire us in real life. One such show, Apple Tree Yard, has done just that, with many flocking to have an affair as a result.

IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people and the leading authority on infidelity, has seen a 42% week-on-week increase in the amount of people signing up to the site – an increase that it attributes to the debut of Apple Tree Yard.

In fact, the effects of the TV show were immediate, as 10:00pm on Sunday 22nd, right after the first episode finished airing, was the site’s busiest point on the weekend, with 13% more visitors than at any other point during that weekend.

New members were clearly motivated by the show, with many adopting usernames inspired by its characters and actors; the most notable were ‘A Costley Affair’, ‘Adam’s Apple’ and ‘Sussanahversary’, to the slightly more audacious ‘Mark’s Boner’.

And of everyone who visited the site on Sunday 22nd, 82% were new users, compared to 55% to the previous Sunday. There was a similar pattern this Monday 23rd and Tuesday 24th, with 70% of all visitors being new users, compared to 38% in the same two days last week.

The site’s spokesperson, Christian Grant, expands on the significant impact the BBC drama has had:

“We’ve always been inspired and empowered by television and film. Documentaries like Planet Earth move us to protect the environment, while fiction inspires us to emulate the James Bond’s of the world.

“Apple Tree Yard is no different, mobilising thousands of men and women across the country to do something about the loveless and sexless marriage that they’ve found themselves trapped in; seeing a raunchy affair take place on-screen has clearly reminded them of the spark that, for one reason or another, is sorely missing from their mundane relationship, and now they’re doing whatever they can to recapture it.”

Sleeping with a sex doll DOES count as cheating, new research reveals

Image result for love doll

  • 59% of married people think that sleeping with a sex doll IS cheating
  • They think this because they feel that their partner is denying them their love in favour of an inanimate object
  • The 41% who think sleeping with a love doll isn’t adulterous said that they didn’t see any tangible difference between the doll or the use of sex toys and watching adult films
  • 80% said that the doll alone wouldn’t stop them from wanting to have an affair
  • The results come from IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people, who surveyed over 800 over their members

With the technological advancement of love dolls in recent years, and with their popularity growing and growing, it begs the question, can sleeping with one be considered a form of cheating in the modern day?

IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people and the leading authority on infidelity, sought to find the answer, surveying over 800 of their members, with over half (59%) saying, well, yes: having sex with a love doll IS cheating.

But why? While there is obviously no emotional relationship with the love doll, those who think it an adulterous act stated that making love was more than just a physical endeavour; it’s an expression of love, meaning that their partner sleeping with anyone (or anything) would be seen as denying that love to them to instead spend time satisfying themselves with an inanimate object, and nobody wants to feel second best to a piece of plastic.

The 41% who felt that sleeping with a love doll was fair game said that they didn’t see any tangible difference between the doll or the use of sex toys and adult films.

Members were also surveyed on whether sleeping with the doll would make them less likely to want to cheat on their partner. The answer was a resounding no, with as many as 80% claiming that a doll alone wouldn’t be enough to dissuade them from having an affair; 5% said yes while 15% were “unsure”.

“What’s apparent is that the majority are worried of feeling inferior to an inanimate object,” said the site’s spokesperson, Christian Grant.

“With that said, sex toys aren’t exactly new, so one could argue that there’s little difference between their partner using one of those or cuddling with an incredibly expensive bit of plastic.”

A woman’s intuition: over three quarters of women can tell when their husband is cheating on them

Image result for woman's intuition

• 79% of women and 49% of men correctly suspected their partner of cheating
• Women were better at catching their partner, and they were twice as likely to call out them for cheating, too
• 5% of women admitted to hiring a private investigator to track their husband, but just 2% of men did the same
• 85% of women and 82% of men denied their affair when they were confronted by their partner
• The research comes from IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people, who spoke to the husbands and wives that caught their partner cheating

If you’ve got a niggling doubt that your partner might be unfaithful, you’re probably right. That’s according to IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people and the leading authority on infidelity.

They spoke to the husbands and wives who caught their significant other cheating, finding that a rather alarmingly high number of women (79%) had previously suspected their partner of cheating before they eventually caught them.

The number of men who suspected their wife of cheating, however, was significantly less (49%), leaving the majority totally oblivious to their wife’s indiscretions.

Women were also twice as likely to call out their husband when they suspected them of cheating, doing so an average of four times compared to just twice for men.

And to prove that hell really hath no fury like a woman scorned, women were also more than twice as likely to hire a detective or private investigator to track their husband when they suspected him of cheating, with 5% of women admitting to doing so; a mere 2% of men did the same.

Where men and women had some sort of parity was in deniability, with 85% of women and 82% of men denying their affair whenever they were confronted by their significant other.

Spokesperson for IllicitEncounters.com, Christian Grant, adds:

“Maybe it’s a woman’s intuition, or maybe blokes are doing a terrible job of covering their tracks, but it’s safe to say that if you have a suspicion that your partner is cheating, however slight, it’s worth trusting your gut on this one… if you’re a woman, anyway.

“Men on the other hand aren’t getting any help from their gut whatsoever. They’re either completely oblivious that their wife is cheating on them, or they’re more fearful of incorrectly accusing their wife when she may be totally innocent.

Kimberley – 32 – Hampshire

“I remember first being concerned when my husband became less and less interested in sex for no apparent reason. It didn’t happen instantly, like he was eager to have sex one day but couldn’t care less the next, but it was definitely noticeable.

“But I gave him the benefit of the doubt – he’s my husband, and I know I’d feel uncomfortable if someone had accused me of cheating, so I tried to forget about it.

“Then gradually, I started to get other hints that made it really difficult not to be cynical. He started spending more and more time at work (for no apparent reason, he hadn’t received a promotion or anything like that) as well as with ‘friends’.

“It got to the point where I’d started to feel so neglected in favour of, as it turns out, this other woman he was seeing, that I decided to question him about it. To my dismay, he denied everything, and when I questioned him a second time, he denied it again, but more aggressively this time. He’d wilted by the third time I’d called him out and that was that.”
Cheryl – 42 – Coventry

“My husband and I were always perfectly happy… at least so I thought! We both work decent jobs, we spent time together, our kids are perfectly happy and so on.

“I wouldn’t have had much reason to suspect he was cheating on me – like I said, I thought all was well – and in fact the way I found out was all rather cliché.

“We live in a small town near Coventry, so it’s not uncommon to bump into someone you know, and that’s what happened. A family friend noticed my husband out with another woman.

“Obviously I was shocked when she told me, but my first thoughts were that it could have been a colleague, client, a friend I simply don’t know about etc.

“With that said, I couldn’t help but be a little suspicious, so I went through his internet history (it seemed like an obvious place to start) and it confirmed my suspicions.

“It took me some time to stomach and process everything, but I called him out on it a few days later, providing his search history as proof that I knew. We had a pretty open and honest chat about everything – I took it surprisingly well – and we’ve started seeking marriage counselling as a result.”

Welcome to Blue Wednesday, the Single BIGGEST Day of the Year for Affairs

Image result for affairs

  • The first Wednesday back after the festive break is the biggest day of the year for affairs
  • Dubbed Blue Wednesday, 4th January sees more couples looking for an affair than any other day of the year, as spending time with their partner over Christmas highlighted the cracks in their relationship
  • This is also the busiest week of the year for affairs, with IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people, forecasting a 35% year-on-year rise in registrations
  • 70% of over 400 people surveyed said that being cooped up with their significant other over the festive period left them feeling suffocated and desperate for change.
  • Many unhappy wives and husbands have committed to making splitting up from their partner their top New Year’s resolution

2017 may have only just begun, but divorce lawyers across the country are braced for their busiest day of the year, as Wednesday 4th January is officially the biggest day of the year for affairs.

Dubbed Blue Wednesday, the 4th January sees more couples race to extramarital dating websites in search of an affair than any other day of the year, after an overdose of Christmas, the New Year, and most importantly, each other, hammered home the final nail in their marriage’s coffin.

This comes in what is set to be the busiest week of the year for affairs, with a forecasted 35% year-on-year rise in registrations for the UK’s leading dating website for married people and the leading authority on infidelity, IllicitEncounters.com.

In a survey of over 400 people who signed up to the site this year so far, 70% claimed that being cooped up with their significant other over the Christmas period left them feeling suffocated, irritable and desperate for change.

That, mixed in with the dreaded trifecta of heading back to work, dark days, and the miserable weather, has left husbands and wives across the country less likely to put up with the flaws in their relationship, instead relishing the opportunity to truly ring in the new year in style; with a saucy and salacious affair.

And there’s no better time to do it either, as many unhappy wives and husbands make their top New Year’s resolution to split and move on from their troubled relationship.

Christian Grant, the site’s spokesperson, explains why Wednesday 4th, and indeed January, is proving to be incredibly popular for affair-seekers.

“For all that Christmas does to bring families together, it inadvertently tears them apart. The festive period is the only time of the year that couples are forced to be together. And it’s that word – forced – that’s key, as the time spent together over the festive period only heightens difficulties in their relationship that had been previously subdued simply by virtue of the fact that couples spend enough time apart during the week – due to work amongst other things – to just about keep it all glued together.

This is supported by the fact that over a third (33%) of respondents said that the festive period made them realise that they had married the wrong person, while 65% said that their partner had changed significantly from the person they were when they first married them.

Grant adds:

“Christmas isn’t all that it’s cracked up to be. We’re all severely poorer, a little bit fatter, and more likely to be at our wits’ end with our partner than any other time of the year.

“We also get caught up in the ‘new year, new me’ mentality – we’re arguably more motivated to make a change to our lives at the start of the year than any other point during it, so what you see is a large amount of people joining purely on impulse without much thought; it’s a ‘now or never’ mentality.”

Revealed: The Most Popular Lie Cheating Wives Will Tell Their Husband this Christmas…

Image result for wife lie

  • 36% of married women are using ‘Christmas shopping’ as an excuse for a festive fling this Christmas
  • Christmas shopping is the perfect cover, affording the adulterer all the time and freedom they need for a salacious rendezvous
  • The tried and true excuses of ‘going to the gym,’ ‘meeting with girlfriends’ or even ‘working overtime’ weren’t as popular as expected, receiving just 9%, 6% and 5% of the vote respectively.
  • The results come as a result of a survey of over 500 women on IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people

A seemingly innocent round of Christmas shopping could be hiding something much more sinister. That’s according to new research from IllicitEncounters.com, the UK’s leading dating website for married people and the leading authority on infidelity, who surveyed over 500 women on their site.

36% of respondents said that they’d used Christmas shopping as an excuse to slip out and meet their extramarital lover.

The tried and true excuses of ‘going to the gym,’ ‘meeting with girlfriends’ or even ‘working overtime’ weren’t as popular as expected, receiving just 9%, 6% and 5% of the vote respectively.

Christian Grant, spokesperson for the site, explains why married women are shopping for something a little different this Christmas:

“No matter who you are or where you’re from, Christmas shopping is the perfect cover for an undercover rendezvous.

“A combination of holiday days, children off of school and some generally poor weather makes the classic excuses a little less believable – not so Christmas shopping.

“To do an extensive round of ‘shopping’, you’ll need plenty of time of course.

“You also might want to travel a little further beyond your local parade of shops. And, if you don’t get everything you wanted the first time around, you can go again another day and do it all over again.

“As long as you don’t return home completely empty handed from your ‘shop’, you’re likely to get away with it every single time.

“The only thing worth keeping in mind is any inexplicable transactions that may appear on your bank statement – visits to hotels or payments for a meal for two people are best avoided if possible; cash is your friend.”
